Please allow a minimum 3 days notice for orders. However, please contact us within tighter time frames as we do have a selection of cakes on hand for impromptu orders and last minute requests.

Cake Galleries

Sponge & Madeira

Our Sponge is beautifully light and fluffy, available as standard in either vanilla or chocolate flavours. Our Madeira is a classic light style cake with a high butter content, with a Gluten Free option available. Select from the following flavours in the madeira, including vanilla bean, chocolate, orange, espresso coffee, passionfruit and lemon. These cakes can be covered with fresh cream, mock cream or our classic icing and decorated with your selection of:

– crushed chocolate or coloured sprinkles on the sides

– chocolate curls, white chocolate curls, fresh strawberries, maracchino cherries, assorted lollies around the top edge

– a message arranged on either the cake or board

Further design features and elements will be costed additionally, including artwork and layers of cream, icing and/or jam.

Mud Cake

A richer, denser chocolate dessert cake, available in chocolate, white chocolate or caramel. Gluten Free chocolate option available. Typically covered with ganache, this cake can then be decorated with your selection of:

– crushed chocolate or coloured sprinkles on the sides

– chocolate curls, white chocolate curls, fresh strawberries, maracchino cherries, assorted lollies around the top edge

– a message arranged on either the cake or board

Further design features and elements will be costed additionally.

Red Velvet

A moist and light, red coloured, chocolate flavoured, buttermilk cake, typically layered and covered with cream cheese icing. Gluten Free option available. This cake can then be decorated with your selection of:

– crushed chocolate or coloured sprinkles on the sides

– chocolate curls, white chocolate curls, fresh strawberries, maracchino cherries, assorted lollies around the top edge

– a message arranged on either the cake or board

Black Forest

Created from a chocolate sponge cake, with two layers of fresh cream and cherries, then covered and decorated with fresh cream. Typically finished with crushed chocolate, maracchino cherries and message, if desired. Available in Gluten Free chocolate madeira.

Carrot Cake & Banana & Walnut

Our Carrot Cake is created from freshly grated carrot combined with walnuts and a special spice selection. Our Banana & Walnut Cake is a moist fresh banana based cake, combined with walnuts. These cakes are typically covered with cream cheese icing or our classic icing and finished with scattered walnut pieces and a message, if desired.

Novelty Cakes

Our experienced decorating team can create a custom novelty cake, in either a cut out or drawn on design, based on a theme, character or item of your choice. A unique design is perfect for your next corporate event, birthday party or special event! Choose from our sponge, madeira, mud or red velvet cake, decorated with mock cream or our classic icing. Available in Gluten Free.

Number Cakes

Our Number Cakes are perfect for birthdays and anniversaries. Made from your choice of sponge cake, madeira, mud, red velvet, carrot cake or banana & walnut cake. Celebrate each year with a different design!

Patty Cakes

These individual size cakes, either standard or mini size, are available in a range of flavours including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and mud cake and can be topped with our classic icing, cream cheese icing or ganache. Available in Gluten Free (minimum order quantities apply).

Croquembouche

A French dessert created from custard filled, toffee dipped choux pastry balls, arranged into a cone shaped tower, bound with spun toffee. We offer a chocolate dipped version also. Minimum sizing of 40 pieces applies.

Pavlova

A merginue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light center, topped with fresh cream and a fresh fruit selection.

Tarts & Cheesecakes

A devine selection of share tarts and cheesecakes for any occasion. Our tart varieties include Caramel, Custard, Lemon, Lemon Meringue, Fruit Flans and Strawberry Flans. Our creamy Cheesecakes flavours include vanilla bean, chocolate, blueberry, passionfruit, strawberry and caramel. Available in 7″ and 9″ sizes.
